When a mysterious virus begins turning elderly people into flesh-eating savages, a toughened nurse struggles to care for them in remote camps, but finds herself in worse trouble when she encounters two women stranded in the Quarantine Zone: a preteen girl, and her grandmother, at risk of turning any moment.
