Founded by Producer Rosalie Chilelli, Edge Entertainment has been servicing feature films in Canada since 2009. Through a newly formed division in partnership with Producer Jennifer Pun, it develops original content for Screen, Television, and Digital Platforms worldwide. The company combines core values of honest simplicity, openness, loyalty, industriousness and professionalism with powerful, provocative, innovative approaches to projects and ventures to create successful partnerships nationally and abroad.

Rosalie and Jennifer share an inspired vision about the diversity of voices in this country, and others, and the opportunities awaiting them in the television and digital medium.

Rosalia (Rosalie) Chilelli

Producer

Driven by a passion for fostering the arts and culture in communities, Rosalia founded Edge Enterprises in 2009 after 14 years in fundraising, marketing and special events management, and economic development. Since then, her partnerships with producers and directors from Canada and abroad have exposed her to a breadth of styles and stories. She has achieved much success in Northern Ontario both in filmmaking, infrastructure development and partnership facilitation. She has serviced and coproduced successful films, such as Atom Egoyan’s Remember, Robert Eggers’ The Witch and Keith Behrman’s Giant Little Ones in Canada. Through Edge Entertainment, and in partnership with Producer, Jennifer Pun, they have built a slate of both Canadian and International projects. These and future projects will honour their vision to tell powerful and impactful stories through, film, television and new media, while facilitating economic development and creating diverse film communities. 

Jennifer Pun

Producer

Jennifer Pun has over twenty years of experience as a film & television producer. Her producing credits include the award-winning tween series HOW TO BE INDIE, the action/adventure series CONNOR UNDERCOVER, the Canadian Screen Award nominated feature FALL, and the cult horror THE VOID. Most recently, she acted as co-executive producer on the feature GIRL. She has worked as an executive at several production companies and has been a production and finance consultant to leading production companies in Canada and the USA. Jennifer holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business and an MFA in Writing from the Vermont College of Fine Arts.

Jennifer Barbeau

Coordinator: Casting & Locations

Jennifer Barbeau has been an integral part of Edge Enterprises since 2010. During this time she has worked in casting and locations for twenty-three projects spanning feature film, television and music video productions. She also has an extensive background as an educator and an entrepreneur. She has fifteen years of experience working for the Algoma District School Board and continues to extend her knowledge and dedication across platforms into her multiple roles.

Jon MacFarlane

Location Scout

Jon MacFarlane provides support to Edge Enterprises as a location scout, local guide and photographer. His military and wild life background makes him an invaluable asset to the team.  He is also a member of the Sault Ste Marie Professional Firefighters.
